Rosie and Sparkles - NOW REHOMED

Hi there, please meet Rosie and Sparkles, 

These lovely little Guinea pigs are looking for a new home as their owner can no longer keep them.

Rosie is the black, ginger and white piggie on the left and Sparkles is the black faced piggie on the right.

Rosie and Sparkles are approx a year old and have always been together since they were small. They get on really well.

Sparkles has hair that sticks up in places and Rosie has a smooth coat. Both girls are happy to be held and like to give you 'piggie kisses'.

Lola, Biscuit and Naytiri - NOW REHOMED

Hello there, please meet Lola, Biscuit and Naytiri, 

Lola is the ginger piggie in the middle, Biscuit is the grey and white piggie on the left and Naytiri is the brown, white and Ginger piggie on the right. 

These lovely girls have come to us as unfortunately their previous owner's circumstances have changed and she can no longer keep them. 

They are approx 2 1/2 years old and have always been together. They must stay together and cannot be rehomed seperately.

Lola is the more confident out of the three and loves her food. 

Biscuit likes being brushed and likes tickles behind her ears. 

Naytiri (named after a character in Avatar) is very sweet and has red eyes.

Smudge - NOW REHOMED

Hi there, please meet Smudge.......

Smudge came to us after loosing her friend in the hope that we can find her a new friend.

We believe that Smudge is approx 6 years old. 

She came from a very loving home and was handled regularly. Smudge is a friendly little girl but at the moment she is a little nervous because she is in a strange place but once she gets used to us she will be fine.

When Smudge came to us she had Lice and is now receiving the treatment she needs.

Daisy and Bumble - NOW REHOMED

Hello there, please meet Daisy and Bumble......

Daisy is the adult white and brown guinea pig on the right and Bumble is the brown and black baby guinea pig on the left. 

Daisy came to the rescue with Thomas (who is also looking for a new home) and was covered in Lice which she has now received treatment for.

Daisy is a bit nervous but does come up to you if you have food. She is still a little nervous but with plenty of gentle handling she will get used to us and will get over this.

Daisy was pregnant when she came here. She has had 2 healthy babies (a boy and a girl)  We believe Thomas is their father. We have now put 'Arthur' with Thomas and kept 'Bumble' with Daisy.

Bumble.....

Bumble is 4weeks old and is doing really well, she follows mum everywhere and is happy to be handled and have a stroke. Mum and baby have to stay together.

We believe Daisy to be approx 9 months old but this has not been confirmed.

Thomas and Arthur - NOW REHOMED

Hello there, please meet Thomas and Arthur.....

Thomas........

Thomas came to us so we could find him a new home. We believe Thomas to be approx 9 months old but this has not been confirmed.

He came to us with Daisy who is also looking for a new home. They had to be seperated as Daisy was pregnant. She has now had her babies and we believe Thomas to be their father. 

We have now paired Thomas up with his little boy 'Arthur'.

When Thomas arrived he was covered in Lice but has now received the treatment he desperately needed.

Thomas is a very friendly little piggie and squeaks and popcorns when he sees you, he loves a stroke and to be hand fed too. 

Arthur.....

Arthur is 4 weeks old and is a very sweet little thing, he follows his daddy around all the time. He is happy to be handled and likes a stroke. They cannot be seperated.

Hutch -FOR SALE

Hi there, we have this lovely hutch for sale to help raise funds for our Guinea Pig Rescue here in Braintree, Essex. We have lots of kind hearted people donate hutches/runs etc to us so we can either use ourselves for our resident piggies or sell to raise funds to help pay for Food, Bedding and Vet Bills. 

This hutch is in great condition, it does however have some nibble marks on it and a little rust on a little area of the bars (please see photos)

It does not affect the hutch though....

This hutch can house 2 guinea pigs quite comfortably ......

It is waterproof and does not leak (however I have had it covered) 

The hutch measures approx 48" Long X 19 1/2 " Deep x 30" Tall (it has black feet that can be twisted to make the hutch taller or shorter.)

It's roof opens up for easy access and stays up by the hinges.

Pregnant Guinea pigs

Hi there, do you have a pregnant Guinea pig that you need to rehome or need some help with? Do you have babies that you cannot look after or do not have the time to find homes for?

Well we can help you........

We take in all pregnant Guinea pigs and look after them and care for them. They stay with us until they have had their babies and then we find mum and babies their new loving forever home. 

We never leave a baby on it's own and have our own resident 'foster pig' called Charlie. He looks after any baby boys that need loving. 

Charlie is a big softie.....

We have lots of experience with looking after pregnant Guinea pigs and babies.

Are you uncertain if you have boys or girls? We can also help you sex your babies........

Hutch - SOLD

We have been given the opportunity to sell this lovely, nearly brand new hutch to help raise funds for our Guinea Pig Rescue here in Braintree, Essex........

This hutch measures approx 58" long (inc roof) x just under 33 1/2" high x 21" deep. It is in wonderful condition.

Comes with a base if you want to use it indoors which just screws on to the frame under the run (I also have the screws) 

This would be suitable for 2 Guinea pigs.

It is in wonderful condition

All money raised from the sale of this hutch will go straight back into the Guinea pig rescue to help pay towards food, bedding and vet bills.

Hutch - FOR SALE

Hi there we are selling this hutch to try and raise money for our Guinea Pig Rescue here in Braintree, Essex.

This small, sturdy hutch measures approx 41" long x 21" deep x 22" tall. 

It is nice and solid but has a bit of chewing to the divider.

It is has been under a cover for most of winter and is not showing any signs of leaking.

Money raised from the sale of this hutch will go straight back into the rescue to help pay towards food, bedding and vet bills.

Percy and Burger - NOW RE-HOMED

Hi there, please meet Percy and Burger.......

Percy is the ginger and white piggie on the right and Burger is the white and brown on the left.

Percy and Burger get on really well together. Percy looks after Burger and always looks out for him and protects him. Percy even takes food from you and gives it to Burger.

Percy......

Percy is nearly 2 years old and is an amazing character. He is full of life and is such a joy to be around.

He gets really excited when you come into the room and always comes to see you and say hello.

He popcorns when he is happy and wants to be involved in everything you are doing.

Burger......

Burger is approx just under a year old and is a little shy. 

Percy looks after him and is never far from his side.

Burger is slowly starting to take food from my hand and squeaks when I come into the room.
